Hello my name is timmy peters i am 25 years old and i have aspergers syndrome a part of autsim it all started when i was three when i went to bed one day and woke up and i couldnt talk or know things my parents belived that i could do things that normal people could do when i was eight i was sent to a public school my special ed teacher toni harvatic belived that i could interact with people and stuff like that and i amazed people with my ability to communicate and i started to have friends i was on the chess team and in plays and stuff then came middle school i was sent to bryant middle school in dearborn michigan i am from dearborn heights michigan by the way and i started to get populer in middle school beacuse i was so cool that people liked me and i was on the swim team over there and my coach from my middle school belived that i could do this and proved people wrong in that and people from my swim team liked me for who i was then came high school and i went to dearborn high school in dearborn michigan while i had some difficulties with my parents getting divorced and i was having trouble with some things but my studies and my swimming proved people wrong and i earned my letter in swimming and a league all academic honors and academic awards and gradutated with honors and also i won medals in swimming high school medals from my high school and my friends who are normal liked me for who i was as a person without the help from my mom my dad my teachers i would not become the person who i am today this shows all of us autistic people and parents that your kids with autsim can be succesful and they can overcome the things that they can do i hope this story amazes you all in insperation thank you
